YES! YES! YES! Successful FINALLY! This is exactly the texture that I am looking for.
And the secret here is due to the cheese! To get this texture, cream cheese bar is used instead of the normal cup cream cheese. I don't know whether these cream cheese bars are available other than Ukraine and Russia. But this is definitely a happy attempt!
I am looking for the cake texture that is depicted here, a little bit powdery yet cheesy, not those that I made last time where the whole layer is just inseparable
